NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION?

Non-Violent Communication (NVC) is founded by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg.  It's advancement is communication of needs to feelings, and providing empathy of such, allows the natural production of new strategies for all parties to connect and meet all needs present in the communication.  Further, NVC looks at the avenue of actually making requests that will allow resolution to occur.

With the translation of the animal aspect of brain, termed "the Jackal" in NVC (for being reactive), and the advanced area brain, the "Giraffe" (for being able to see above the trees), one can experience empathy in all forms of human experience, and this translates in to many personal benefits.  Dr. Rosenberg created an array of commonly known needs which has been used as a template to express through these forms.  The experience of NVC communication tends to ground participants toward new resolutions that were previously unsought, due to the emotional strain of the conflict.  NVC seeks to allow the individual to find solutions in their own grief or other life topic session, relationship sessions, mediations, or other life coaching or counseling forms.
