Rates

Rates are up to your insurance and potential copays and sliding scales involved with your private pay situation.  Please call the office to discuss in more detail.  WE MAY REQUIRE AN UPFRONT COST FOR INITIAL MEETING.

​Rates for Psychological testing, evaluations, etc. need further planning for rate information. ​

Payments

Cash, check, and major credit cards.
You may USE GOOGLE PAY [email protected] for recipient, to pace your own copays.  Please describe any payments.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $75 for the session.
